MISSION

All classes, events and therapy sessions at DORE SANGHA involve the teachings of Yoga Philosophy.  These teachings allow us to explore the human mind a little more, teach us how to bring quietness in the crazy times, teach us about promoting human values of love, compassion, forgiveness, tolerance, contentment, self-discipline and so on.

There are many paths for finding Peace within and we should be able to celebrate our diversity together. Many find their Peace through the practice of Yoga and mindfulness and being in Nature.  Some find their Peace through religion.  At DORE SANGHA we respect all those that choose to follow a religion as well as those that don’t. 
All visitors who come to DORE SANGHA are here to cultivate joy and mindfulness whatever we are doing.  

The best way to keep updated about classes, events and therapies is by joining the DORE SANGHA Facebook Group. This a closed Facebook Group, anyone local to the area can search and find the group and send an invite to join.  Once you've joined the group only members of the group can see posts. The DORE SANGHA Facebook Group really is a great way to stay connected to your practice. Even when you’re not available to attend classes and events you can stay connected with other members of our lovely group.
